1) To provide marine personnel of high quality, carefully screened and selected,
consistent with customer satisfaction.
2) To provide ship manning agency services only to reputable employers who offer
terms and condition of employment to seafarers, which meet
internationally,
accepted standards.
3) To prevent the exploitation and abuse of seafarers and ensure that the Company
is not a party to such activity.
4) To maintain a competent and motivated work force through training and
continuous improvement of quality and safety management skills.
5) To assist our owner/ Principals in crew change if advised.
6) To provide all type of consultancy to our clients.
7) To act as a "Non Vessel Operating Containers Carrier" or representative for
foreign principals
for
their containers movement.
8) To act
as a owner representative and their Port Agent (Shipping Agent).
Our objectives shall be achieved by maintaining and operating a management system based on
the requirements of ISO 9002, by incorporating the business principles by the ISF for
Manning Agents, and by taking into account all the applicable codes, guidelines and
standards recommended by the IMO, Flag States and other maritime industry organization.
